Des Peres Center – Des Peres, Missouri

The existing 57,000 sq. ft. retail center is approximately 40 years old and located in a highly desirable retail area. The facility was in need of an upgrade after its anchor tenant, a Schnucks supermarket, relocated to another site. The renovation includes a totally redesigned facade intended to strengthen its street presence and attract high-quality tenants. The project also includes extensive replacement and renovation of building infrastructure. The project received Gold Certification under the USGBC LEED for Core and Shell Development Rating System.
